Side return extension in a Conservation Area

The Client wanted a loft conversion and a contemporary side return extension to an end terrace property in a Conservation Area. We explored the possibilities and found a solution that could be supported by the planners, whilst offering the Client a cost effective solution that would provide them with the space their growing family needed.
